Ivyland, PA – American Governor Company (AGC) was awarded a contract with Pacificorp to digitally convert Units 1 and 2 of its controls system at its Yale Hydroelectric Project on the north fork of the Lewis River in Cougar, Washington. As part of the contract, AGC will provide redundant Electric-Hydraulic Distributing Valve Controllers, redundant Distributing Valve Position Transducers, and redundant Wicket Gate Servomotor Position Transducers for each Unit. AGC will also overhaul Yale’s existing pump and PMG in its Training and Repair Facility. Following installation of the upgraded equipment, AGC will field commission the new redundant Units and provide on-site training to Pacificorp staff.
