Services Available:
Overhauls performed at our facility: Is your unit down for maintenance? Ship us your PMG and we can perform routine maintenance in our shop during your unit outage.
Short turn-around times are supported.
On-site Inspection and Overhaul: As part of our field service, we can perform a PMG overhaul along with Gateshaft and Mechanical Cabinet maintenance.
Overhaul Guidelines:
PMG Main Drive Bearings:
- Every 60 Months: Disassemble PMG and change main drive bearings
PMG Overspeed Trip:
- Every 6 Months: Check components and verify trip arm is not riding on the sliding sleeve.
- Every 24 Months: Disassemble and inspect assembly.
PMG Drive Connection:
- Every 12 Months: If possible, visually inspect drive pins and bushings. Check for excessive backlash.
- Every 60 Months: Thoroughly inspect drive pins and bushings. Replace parts as required.
