Position Description:

We are expanding due to the growth of our business and seeking a dependable, experienced Admin Specialist to join our team! We prefer that you have a college degree in business admin or similar; however, if you have a few years of experience in accounting, inventory, shipping/receiving, and vendor qualification, please apply.

We are fast-paced, so you should be ready to work and comfortable “wearing many hats”! This role requires you to have strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel is a must) and be able to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • General administrative support including filing, copying, scanning, mailing, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Compose and/or prepare correspondence, memoranda, forms, and reports using Word and Excel.
  • Perform accounting functions related to maintaining customer and vendor invoices with accuracy, especially for projects with multiple invoices.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving products for internal and external customers.
  • Assist with inventory verification and reconciliation as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to fast pace change as you work with different levels of the company.
  • Assist with and provide back-up coverage to other administrative jobs as required for department effectiveness.

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Outlook: 2 years (Preferred)
